amazon web services - User is sometimes not authorized to perform action on AWS Elasticsearch -

is message when get aws elasticsearch instance actual result permitted user get. it's pretty 50/50.

i updated access policy , have 2 nodes - propagating changes other node or something? there caching going on? maybe because i'm behind corporate proxy?
