c# - android.support.v7.widget.Toolbar element is not declared -

hi i'm new android dev , start using xamarin last week, i'm trying build app test , learn how use material design using android support library v7 appcompat.
encounter problem saying element not declared though added component. i'm using xamarin visual studio.

then separate toolbar happens

kindly enlighten me whats causing this.
