sql - Azure Data Factory pipeline copy activity slow? -

i have pipeline 4 copy activities scheduled. have created 1 copy activity input , output dataset azure sql, source table has more 100 000 records , takes long time copy in destination.

copy activity timeout interval 1 hr timeout , records copied on destination 50000. have noticed because of 1 columns "description" column process taking time.

i have form 2 listboxes, listbox1 & listbox2. on form load filling both list boxes same no. of items. want if select item @ index 1 in listbox1 in listbox2 item same index should selected. how achieve this? subscribe on both listboxes selectionchanged event , set selectedindex accordingly opposite listbox.
